Product Critique (WIP)
As an aspiring product manager, I firmly believe that understanding the workings of products, empathizing with users and proposing innovative solutions to problems are essential components of this role. I am currently honing my product management skills through the Impact MBA Scholar program with the Global Governance Initiative, as well as self-study, in order to deliver impactful solutions that align with business goals and delight users.
In my pursuit to learn and enhance my product management skills, I have undertaken a critique of the hyperlocal delivery app - Dunzo. Through this presentation, I aim to offer constructive feedback and solutions to improve the user experience. I welcome any feedback and discussion to further enhance my ideas. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of the Dunzo team in developing and implementing the product.
