Space dividing solution
The workspace space in the Product design studio of the National Institute of Design needed a recreational corner and we decided to contribute one furniture each.
Since the space would change between a public recreational space to a private resting or rewinding space from time to time, the concern of space dividing was considered.

Several processes such as measuring, marking, cutting, welding, sanding, painting, etc were used.









Features
Unobtrusive when the same activity is happening on both sides

Shut the panel for privacy

Permanent racks are still accessible from the other side

Private yet permeable enough for conversations
